If you need to cancel your order for what ever reason, just follow our simple cancellation process below.
Your right to cancel
If you wish to cancel any orders before it has been delivered and it has not yet been dispatched, please go to the Contact Us page and select “Cancellations & returns” from the drop down list. Enter you message in the box provided and our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please make sure to quote your order number so we can process your query as quickly as possible.
It is our policy to process orders immediately so your order may have already been dispatched. After the items have been dispatched you will need to follow our Returns procedure.
Distance Selling Regulations
Your right to cancel is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations, which have been established to make sure you have the opportunity to cancel your order if the items are not what you expected.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. You must tell us straight away if you wish to do so by following our returns or cancellations procedure depending on whether the items have already been dispatched from our warehouse.
You must ensure that the items are returned to us in a sellable condition with the product packaging intact and undamaged. It is your responsibility to return the items to us and this needs to be done as soon as possible.
Once we have received your returned item we will inspect it and process a full refund if approved.
